We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our Global Building Performance Excellence and Sustainability Program, driving operational transformation and sustainable practices across our corporate real estate portfolio. This role will lead the development and implementation of groundbreaking initiatives that set new standards for building performance optimization and sustainable operations.

Key Responsibili3es:

Strategic Leadership & Program Development

  • Design and execute Global Building Performance Excellence and Sustainability Strategy programs
  • Lead pilot program implementation at key global sites
  • Develop scalable frameworks for future global rollout
  • Drive sustainability integration across all operational aspects

Performance Management & Sustainability Implementa3on

  • Establish comprehensive building performance baselines and sustainability KPIs
  • Design real-time monitoring systems and performance dashboards
  • Create standardized benchmarking methodologies
  • Develop normalized performance targets for various building types
  • Implement sustainability program components across all regions
  • Monitor and optimize decarbonization, resource preservation, and climate risk initiatives

Opera3onal Excellence & Process Op3miza3on

  • Create standardized root cause analysis playbooks
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Integrate fault detection and diagnostic programs
  • Lead cross-functional teams in operational excellence initiatives
  • Ensure continuous improvement of sustainability program activities

Stakeholder Management & Communica3on

  • Partner with Regional Portfolio Management, Facility Management, and Global Corporate Sustainability teams
  • Build relationships with key internal and external partners
  • Drive alignment across global and regional teams
  • Deliver executive-level communications and reporting
  • Track and communicate success stories and program achievements

Required Qualifica3ons:

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, building operations, or facility management
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale operational transformation programs
  • Deep understanding of building systems, energy management, and sustainability
  • Strong operations experience in large, multi-dimensional organizations
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication
  • Experience with building automation systems and performance analytics

Preferred Qualifica3ons:

  • Professional certifications (PE, PMP, LEED AP, etc.)
  • Experience with ENERGY STAR, CBECS, and other building performance benchmarking systems
  • Knowledge of sustainable operations guidelines and green building standards
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools
  • Experience in implementing corporate sustainability programs
  • Understanding of key sustainability issues including decarbonization, embodied carbon, circularity, and climate risk

Estimated total compensation for this position:

143,600.00 - 208,200.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
