The Operations and Training Coordinator coordinates phase training for chemical and beverage service teams. Designs, develops and delivers training initiatives, based on the needs of the chemical and beverage team. Provides technical assistance to both internal and external customers in support of equipment repairs, parts needs and product recommendation.
What you will do:
Designs, develops, adapts and facilitates Chemical and Beverage training in collaboration with internal, division and vendors. Coordinates manufacturer and vendor training for all Chemical and Beverage team members. Provides level 2 technical assistance to both internal and external customers of the Chemical and Beverage team. Gains and maintains a thorough understanding of all equipment procedures. Develops and maintains accuracy of all department support materials. Assists with Operation and Service team needs/job duties when needed (i.e. workload, vacation, etc). Participates in the achievement of department goals. Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.

Vocational - Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects; knowledge of and ability to apply business acumen, skill in selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning. Customer Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Business Acumen - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively. Writing - Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. Coordination - Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions Self Management - work effectively and efficiently,managing one's' own time. Ability to learn and understand Chemical & Beverage products and equipment application Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment. Must be able to properly use dollies and other safety equipment to aid in the lifting and carrying of 70 pounds or more.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Two to three years of training and facilitation experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Training or educational background preferred. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Three years experience in chemical and beverage field or service center or equivalent industry experience preferred.
