Primary Responsibilities:



  • Conducting training needs analysis for the business and developing all training materials, communications and activities to meet the organization's job/role requirements
  • Conducting ongoing evaluations and assessments to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommending/ implementing modifications as necessary
  • May work with SMEs to obtain training content
  • Design and development of online and web-based training materials

Required Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of design and development experience from concept to delivery, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated excellent concepting and graphic design skills
  • Demonstrated solid understanding of user-centered design and usability to deliver intuitive graphics and online learning for adult learners
  • Expert at preparing scripts and developing storyboards
  • Demonstrated solid prioritization and time management skills to balance multiple demands
  • Proven ability to grasp new concepts quickly, an extreme attention to detail, and solid communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Storyline, or similar software

  • Background in healthcare industry

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
