Pay & Schedule

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000/year (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

What You'll Do



  • Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyze data and improve performance
  • Maintain the CPAR quality reporting system and drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Lead quality investigations and resolve customer complaints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Operations, and Support Centers
  • Coordinate training programs related to quality standards and reliability
  • Ensure all products meet ISO 9001/TS-16949 compliance and customer expectations
  • Support internal audits, validation activities, and quality planning processes (APQP/PPAP)
  • Monitor and control product quality risks; act as the point of contact for escalations
  • Contribute to development of SOPs, ensuring they are both compliant and practical
  • Perform feasibility and validation testing as needed
  • Occasionally travel (up to 10%) to support customers and internal teams

What You'll Bring



  • Associate degree or Quality Engineer certification (required); Bachelor's preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, DOE, and root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001/TS-16949 standards; Lead Auditor certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
