Job Summary: As an ECMO Specialist, you will provide advanced clinical expertise in Extra Corporeal Life Support (ECLS), Ventricular Assist Devices (VAD), and respiratory care to critically ill patients and their care teams. You'll serve as the clinical and technical resource for ECMO equipment, working side-by-side with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and respiratory care practitioners to deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based care. You'll help shape best practices by participating in unit-based committees, mentoring staff, and supporting research initiatives that advance the ECMO program at Johns Hopkins. Who Should Apply

Learn more about our benefits Salary Range: Minimum $39.89/hour - Maximum $68.85/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
