Developing engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that affect plant operations including availability, capacity, quality, cost, or regulatory compliance issues. Managing improvement based on Management of Change (MOC) with primary areas focused on Reliability Center Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Failure Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), developing and maintaining reliability programs, preventative maintenance, Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs, IA development, and project sponsorship. Serving as a leader driving improvement in the financial outlook of Novozymes through the use of LEAN manufacturing, A3 and PDCA and other reliability tools. Capability to work with teams, providing leadership on technical mechanical issues. Fostering the continuous improvement culture for maintenance and production process flow while taking ownership and using creativity to "get things done right the first time". Establishing interdepartmental working relationship and define, when necessary, working team to solve reliability issue. Participating in professional organizations with focus on continuing technical skill development and network creation. Showcasing a strong ability in use of all SAP-PM transactions and also development of SAP spare parts. Proficiency in PdM development, providing support and expertise in PdM areas as: Vibration, Ultrasound, Tribology, Laser alignment. Supporting maintenance training and development with emphasis on mechanical.
To succeed you must hold:
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or HS Diploma with at least 10 years of specific proven experience in maintenance with a focus on mechanical reliability. Capable of providing leadership, solving technical issues focusing on maintenance reliability and process optimization. Proficiency in communicating with all levels of the organization and create and develop team once needed. Expert ability to generate technical reports focusing on investment, cost and payback. General computer skills including Microsoft office and ability to learn job specific CMMS system Physical ability to move around the site, climb stairs, walk frequently, bend & stoop.
Expected Salary Range: $66,000 to $97,000 based on experience Benefits you will enjoy:
