Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Executive Support

  • Serve as a strategic partner to C-suite leaders, managing executive priorities, aligning calendars to business goals, and facilitating travel, expense reporting and critical leadership engagements.
  • Own cross-functional coordination and communication for key initiatives, leadership forums, and executive project management.
  • Prepare briefing materials, compile and analyze data, and develop presentations to ensure executives are fully informed and ready for internal meetings, external engagements, and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain a pulse on business cadence, ensuring executive workflows are forward-looking, efficient, and aligned with organizational priorities.

People Capabilities Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with the Director, People Capabilities to operationalize talent strategies that drive engagement, performance, and retention post-acquisition.
  • Support key people programs such as onboarding, compliance tracking, employee engagement initiatives, and change management communications.
  • Act as a project lead or coordinator on special initiatives such as workforce planning, DEI initiatives, and talent development.
  • Help scale people operations by streamlining systems, improving internal processes, and ensuring a consistent employee experience across locations.

Workplace & Culture Operations

  • Lead strategic office and facilities operations to support an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance environment in the Raleigh location.
  • Champion internal communications, recognition programs, and site-level employee events that foster connection and cultural alignment.
  • Serve as the point person for day-to-day office needs, managing vendors, space planning, and creating an exceptional in-office experience.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a combined HR operations, executive support, or chief of staff-type role within a high-growth or dynamic organization.
  • Experience navigating post-acquisition environments or organizational change preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels; comfortable rolling up sleeves while thinking ahead.
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools and systems (Workday, Concur, Microsoft Office, Teams, etc.); adept at building structure from ambiguity.
