Founded in 1990 and based in New Richmond, WI, Isometric's vision was to manufacture tooling and provide manufacturing solutions to exacting specifications for ultra-small, ultra-precise, and ultra-complex applications. In March 2024, Isometric was acquired by Nissha Medical Technologies (NMT), a global Contract Design/Development Manufacturing Organization. NMT's expertise in the design and development of endoscopic devices, combined with Isometric's micro-molding capabilities, have the potential to redefine the realm of minimally invasive surgical instruments and surgical robotics. Together, we aim to address the changing demands of medical devices by enhancing component miniaturization and improving the maneuverability of small and precision components, ultimately advancing medical efficiency.

It's an exciting time to join our team, and we're hiring for a Production Manager. This role is responsible for meeting acknowledged customer molding and assembly delivery dates, supporting customer requests, and solving production issues.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:



  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable the warehouse and production molding and assembly teams
  • Develop and mentor assigned team to attain optimal performance of the individual and the company
  • Monitor KPI's for operations and ensure alignment to goals of organization
  • Oversee operational efficiency monitoring, benchmarking, and improvement
  • Create and present department budgets to executive management for approval
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to established budgets
  • Support all other departments including Quality, Engineering, and HR as required.
  • Collaborate with management team on annual and long-term strategic planning
  • Actively participate in continual improvement, corrective action, and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure work is performed to the highest level and that the facility is clean and well organized
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts with assigned teams
  • Ensure clean-room policies are strictly adhered to at all times
  • Collaborate with Training Coordinator to train and re-train as necessary to ensure work is being performed to requirements
  • Follow all company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
  • Meet with visiting customers as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Education and/or Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management or 10 years on-the-job experience in relevant role
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial and leadership role in a production environment
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in or servicing the medical device or drug delivery industries preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience injection molding experience preferred
  • Strong ERP systems experience preferred
  • Influential, high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong motivational and leadership skills
  • High level of integrity and ethics that aligns with Isometric Core Values
  • Ability to handle sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and confidentiality
