Job Summary: This position provides therapeutic services, including case management and individual, and group in the TAY drop-in center. The TAY Drop-In Center Therapist will be working to provide mental health services and case management to clients who participate in the TAY Drop-In Center. The TAY Drop-In Center therapist will work collaboratively with the TAY Drop-In Center team to assess and link the youth to needed community services and coordinate all the services that the client receives. The TAY Drop-In Center therapist documents all services according to DMH and Penny Lane guidelines. The TAY Drop-In Center Therapist possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills when working with clients, outside agencies, members of the community, and co-workers. The TAY Drop-In Center Therapist will employ a calm demeanor and good ethical and professional boundaries. Excellent clinical skills are used to assess the appropriate level of care for clients and stabilize clients in crisis. Teaming, collaborating and coordination of care with all Penny Lane staff, DCFS, DMH, and other outside agencies is crucial. This position requires flexibility, excellent time management skills and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently with little supervision. Requirements:
Position Location: Lancaster, CA Salary Range: $74,513 - $93,003 per year Additional $5,000 per year bilingual Spanish differential $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS! (Issued in two installments: $2,500 upon date of hire and $2,500 upon successfully completing six months introductory period). Hybrid work schedule and service delivery via telehealth on occasion available. Flexible schedules are available upon successful completion of introductory period.
