This is a long-term temporary role where training is provided, leadership is valued, and every shift is an opportunity to make a difference.

Hours & Pay

Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00/hour

Shift Options:

• Weekday Day: Monday - Thursday | 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Weekday Evening: Monday - Thursday | 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM
• Weekend Day: Friday - Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Weekend Evening: Friday - Sunday | 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

What You'll Do Each Shift

• Coordinate staffing by scheduling workers and ensuring proper coverage
• Track and report attendance in timekeeping systems
• Deliver on-the-job training to new team members
• Manage shift start procedures and check-ins
• Support team members with production tasks and questions
• Monitor quality and safety standards across the line
• Complete reports and escalate operational issues as needed
• Communicate updates effectively with both internal teams and customer contacts

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
• Familiarity with production line environments
• A collaborative, problem-solving mindset with a focus on results
