Job Summary

We are currently hiring a National Design and Delivery Manager to work with our Workforce Solutions team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of client solutions within our Specialty Solutions portfolio, including single-site, multi-site, CPU, and national accounts. This role is responsible for initiating, planning, and managing the implementation of staffing programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal standards. This role also provides hands-on triage support to existing customers and assists in training new onsite team members on essential operational tasks to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Serves as the project manager for single-site, multi-site, CPU, or national Onsite client implementations
  • Organizes and leads transition communications for talent who are impacted by the change from outgoing
  • agencies.
  • Assists with system setup, including onboarding, timekeeping, and field technology configuration.
  • Coordinates and assists with staffing forecasting and recruitment to optimize fill-rate performance.
  • Develop site specific tools necessary for operational success.
  • Implements and coordinates necessary screening required for contractual compliance.
  • Assists with onboarding, timekeeping system setup, and field technology configuration.
  • Customizes tools and reports as necessary to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Participates in solution delivery initiatives and other special projects led by the Design and Delivery team.
  • Provides onsite support during go-lives and project transitions to ensure stable service delivery.
  • Supports the training of newly hired onsite staff on operational processes, tools, and expectations
