Description

A Document Specialist is the first line of defense compliance department ensuring that processes and services meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. They verify that all operations adhere to company standards and regulatory guidelines.

This position ensures completion and accuracy of information entered into the operating system, such as the complaint tracking system, and maintains records of quality checks, audits, and corrective actions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This position also tracks due dates within reporting systems and communicates with commercial and private bankers regarding tasks, providing support where needed. They will ensure timely escalation of any operational risk or customer impact to relevant manager and ensures corrections are made timely to reduce the risk of impact to the customer. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:



  • Experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizing skills
  • Ability to track multiples tasks, data, or projects simultaneously
  • Strong task switching skills
  • Excellent attention to detail specifically data accuracies
  • Proficiency in relevant software including spreadsheet and word processing programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to execute tasks and projects with little or no supervision
  • Dependable and adheres to timelines and schedules
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology and processes
  • Flexible thinking and knowledge retention
  • Willingness to learn new skills and tasks
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
