Ensure timely contact with all applicants. Acts as liaison between applicants and hiring managers. Acts as an ambassador for Mammoth Mountain and the Human Resources department. Requirements: Previous reception or office experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excel, word, publisher, teams Workday recruiting experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous customer service experience Motivated, organized and enthusiastic demeanor Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Previous recruiting experience preferred Flexible and adaptable in the work environment Be a positive team member and collaborate well Knowledge of Mammoth Mountain or ski industry preferred Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $22.00 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
