Staff AccountantNetSuite experience neededLocated onsite in Dublin$60-70kPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant II to join our dynamic finance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of complex client billing, with a strong focus on revenue recognition, expense tracking, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of accounting expertise, systems proficiency (ideally in NetSuite), and a business-minded approach to support both finance and sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Client Billing: Prepare and manage approximately 100 complex client invoices monthly, ensuring all associated expenses and supporting documentation are included accurately. Revenue Recognition: Support the month-end close process, ensuring revenue is recognized in accordance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards. Expense Analysis: Monitor and review expense coding by job code, identify missing or inconsistent entries (e.g., travel expenses), and follow up as needed to ensure complete and accurate data. Systems Utilization: Leverage ERP software (ideally NetSuite) to maintain accounting records, support revenue processes, and extract data for reporting purposes. Data Analysis: Collaborate with sales leadership by pulling financial and operational data to support sales reporting and strategic decision-making. GL Accounting: Maintain general ledger accuracy and support financial reporting activities. Cross-functional Support: Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and sales to ensure cohesive financial workflows and reporting integrity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or project-based environment. Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and revenue recognition principles. Experience with ERP systems required; NetSuite experience highly preferred. Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets and complex reports. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
