*Are you passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the dynamic call center team! *
**must be available from 5am-10m 7 days a week.** *What You'll Do:* * Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and occasional follow-ups with care and professionalism. * Provide accurate information on prior authorizations, general inquiries, and sensitive topics with discretion. * Deliver exceptional service while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry. * Navigate multiple systems and tools to track and update customer interactions. * Manage a high call volume-typically 50-100 calls per day depending on complexity-while maintaining quality and accuracy standards. *What We're Looking For:* * At least 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2-3 years). * Strong computer skills and the ability to type at least 30 words per minute. * A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. * Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. * Familiarity with call center metrics and performance standards. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
