We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to be the Business Lead for Service to Cash. They will be responsible to drive the ownership and change management of all processes required to align the business processes within the Service to Cash framework. The successful candidate will ensure not only that the SAP deployment follows standard SAP and Industry Template processes and approaches but also processes and mechanisms are in place to monitor and control end-to-end processes within the workstream of accountability. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to ensure the system aligns with and supports the objectives and requirements of the Service function and the broader CONMED organization. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- As the Business Lead, you will lead and direct the SAP Service to Cash team to ensure program deliverables are met.
- Drive alignment on standard global Service to Cash processes.
- Serve as a central facilitator in driving the definition of functional requirements for the Service to Cash team.
- Lead the implementation of new, best practice Service to Cash processes aligned with the new SAP Design.
- Ensure adoption of embedded system Service to Cash processes to optimize value from SAP.
- Coordinate with business/process leaders allocated to the project as well as technical teams to ensure a smooth implementation and transition to SAP Service to Cash.
- Drive required change and adoption of relevant best practices.
- Serve as a central facilitator in driving the definition of Service to Cash functional requirements.
- Serve as a primary liaison with the Service functions to ensure successful implementation of SAP

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
- At least 5 years of experience in the Service to Cash area with direct experience in Service.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading teams on large-scale programs and managing cross-functional teams.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced degree
- More than 7 years in a Service to Cash related discipline
- Direct experience in After-Sales Service of reusable or capital equipment
- Experience with SAP Service, C4C, or similar Service tools
- Deeper and broader experience with ERP (e.g. SAP) implementations
- Experience in SAP Service system module implementation, and/or configuration
- Professional certification such as PMP, lean certification (i.e. Black belt, Green, LFSS)
- Participation in System (SAP, etc) implementations in similar capacity
- Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or life science industry
- Experience in fast-paced global multinational matrix organization
Up to 50% travel required Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is 107,000- 200,000 . The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.
