Responsibilities: Participate in enterprise-wide strategy engagements and provide deliverables for KPMG clients in the Healthcare Life Sciences industry, including deal advisory strategies. Drive Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions from due diligence to Day 1 readiness and post-close value creation. Review and interpret buyer, seller, and target company contracts, including purchasing agreements and software licensing structures. Analyze financial statements and create financial models based on analyses. Develop presentations with graphical visualizations of both qualitative and quantitative financial analyses.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master's degree plus three (3) years of experience. Three (3) years of experience must include: M&A execution, including integration and separation; Performing financial analysis for the Healthcare Life Sciences (HCLS) Market; conducting buyer/target analyses, including due diligence, performance improvement opportunities, and competitor benchmarking; evaluating revenue data to calculate metrics, including AOP analysis and cost reduction and achievement realizations; using Capital IQ to build transaction related models and analyses, market comparisons, and precedent transaction analyses; building TSA/rTSA transaction related schedules; documenting current and future state operating models across TOM components; and building Day 1 readiness and execution plans. Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.

SALARY RANGE: $214,500- $346,500 peryear
