Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $27 to $34 per hour (based on experience and education)

Shift: Must be willing to train on 1st shift (typically 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) for one month or more, then transition to 2nd shift

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Be Doing



  • Lead the development and installation of new assembly lines and automation systems
  • Modify existing assembly lines and welding fixtures to support design or capacity changes
  • Collaborate with vendors, integrators, and internal departments to plan, schedule, and execute installations
  • Attend trade shows, supplier meetings, and technical training
  • Analyze current production systems and introduce new technologies for improvement
  • Teach, troubleshoot, and support robotic systems
  • Design, order, and install equipment for automation projects using MIG welding, fasteners, sealers, and adhesives

What You Bring to the Table



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience (2 years)
  • Working knowledge of robotic automation, mechanical systems, and some electrical understanding
  • Strong multitasking, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CATIA and AutoCAD LT for fixture and layout design
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to travel (up to 10%) domestically and internationally
  • A self-motivated, innovative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
