Position Summary
The JetBlue University (JBU) Uniform Program and Administration Coordinator is responsible for supporting the JetBlue Uniform Program, Uniform Stores and associated administrative, operational and customer service tasks. These tasks include Uniform Program administration, generating reports, liaising with the Uniform business partner, communication/presentations, and execution of all Uniform program support components. The Coordinator will also assist the Uniforms Specialists with store sales and inventory. The Coordinator will work closely with the Supervisor to carry out these tasks.
Essential Responsibilities
* Supports the JetBlue Uniform Program, Uniform Stores, and associated administrative work, including but not limited to Uniform Program administration, generating reports, liaising with the Uniform business partner, communication/presentations, and execution of all Uniform program support components
* Support the Supervisor with maintaining the content of the BlueUniforms intranet website
* Support the Uniform Program team with centralizing processes, inventory and fulfilment systems
* Assist in monitoring reports received from our business partner to ensure information is disseminated in a timely manner
* Coordinate the development of uniform related internal communications materials, and email box management
* Support the Manager and Supervisor with maintaining and updating internal uniform policy and materials
* Support Supervisor with invoice consolidation and audits
* Support with protecting the integrity of our Brand as it relates to the uniform program
* Support Uniform Store with New Hire Operation, entering and approving new hire orders, atrium/lobby support, return and exchange scheduling support
* Assist the Uniform Specialists with store sales and inventory
* Development of daily team uniforms operations run-down
* Business Partner (BP) station start ups/offsite classes: Liaising with our Uniforms BP on BP account setup, as well as placing and managing order requests for domestic and international startups/offsite classes
* Management of Blue Uniforms escalations and liaise with uniform business partner by providing prompt resolutions
* Collaborating directly with our Uniforms provider and interdepartmentally to address any discrepancies or concerns, ensuring effective solutions are provided and compliance is maintained within company standards and policies
* Update employee override files on a bi-weekly basis as needed
* Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
* One (1) year of administration and/or coordination experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Teams)
* Excellent organizational and planning skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
* Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
* Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
* Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree

* When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
