Through our four business groups, DRiV, Performance Solutions, Clean Air and Powertrain, Tenneco is driving advancements in global mobility by delivering technology solutions for diversified global markets, including light vehicle, commercial truck, off-highway, industrial, motorsport and the aftermarket. This position will work closely with the HR Technology team and HR Leaders to execute the enterprise strategy for Employee Central and connected SuccessFactors. You will provide direction and subject matter expertise to internal teams related to SuccessFactors and partner with others on projects in key responsibility areas. You should be familiar with HR business practices and the technologies supporting those activities, and will lead the analysis, design, maintenance, and improvement of them as required. You'll work with large amounts of data to draw conclusions and make recommendations to translate complex business needs into technology or process solutions. You'll also research, resolve and proactively minimize issues, both independently and with internal stakeholders.
