Description

Responsibilities: Support/maintain NetSuite systems and provide technical leadership to junior

team members, including manage configuration of fields/forms, records, saved searches,

reports, and integrations; create dashboards/reporting packages; create training

documentation & process diagrams for business processes; run NetSuite training; troubleshoot

system errors/drive resolution; lead testing for changes/implementations; work with

departments to document requirements; support NetSuite users; provide thought leadership in

NetSuite best practices; design/create scripts and workflows; develop/test/deploy NetSuite

customizations/new functionality; map existing processes/create new processes;

develop/implement User Training; design/build custom objects.

Salary: $142,500/year

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems

(MIS), or equiv. field and 5 years of experience administering NetSuite in wholesale distribution

market. Experience must include the following: 2 years with NetSuite One World and multi-

subsidiary, multi-book accounting; 4 years integrating NetSuite with banking platforms

including positive pay and NACHA ach file generation; 4 years in third party applications

integration such as Expensify, Blue Ridge, payference tools; 4 years in Vendor Prepayments,

Bundle Payments, Reconcile bank statements, Inventory adjustments; 4 years working with

government contracting; and 4 years in understanding stakeholder requests and building POc's

for testing requirements. Knowledge of contract financing/contract performance management;

building Advanced PDF templates, Custom Pages using Suitelet, Restlet integration; industry

standard practices in Accounting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Manufacturing.
