Under general supervision, and in addition to performing the full range of operational level duties, responsible for administering licensed social service program or relevant work. Provides licensed social work services consisting of discharge planning, continuing care services and clinical social work services, including crisis intervention, mandated reporting, information and referral, coordination of health and mental health services with community providers. The clinical social worker is responsible for education and advocacy of patients, families and/or significant others. Participates in related department functions, such as community and program education. Complete patient assessments within two days of admission, completes weekly and discharge progress notes, and has the ability to case find. Performs other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $95,626 - $125,990 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $45.80 - $60.34 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
