Our Real-time power team is a dynamic, fast-paced group responsible for managing the company's real-time market exposure. We work closely with the Regional trading desks to align strategy, optimize positions, and seek market opportunities. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As a Real-time Trader, you will identify and capitalize on market opportunities by monitoring and analyzing real-time and day-ahead positions, leveraging current market conditions across all U.S. and Canadian power markets. What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Minimum 2 years of experience within the power industry, with power trading experience preferred. Willingness to take on risk and proactively initiate trades. The ability to operate independently and with minimal supervision, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willing and available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
