Summary: Assigns and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembling, testing and inspecting of assemblies and subassemblies * Analyzes production schedule and assign jobs to line workers needed to meet delivery dates Responsibilities: *Examines product according to knowledge of manufacturing and quality standards to ensure acceptability * Reviews and compiles operations records, such as yield, scrap and maintenance costs * Enters and verify employees work time into system Other information: * Effective organization and prioritization skills * Demonstrate high attention to detail * Ability to work with diverse groups * Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment and professionalism * Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance, exercising discretion and independent judgment * Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools * Strong customer service and client focus * Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and Webex conferencing software *4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by management *2+ years of electronics manufacturing experience; 1+ years in a leadership role * Experience in contract manufacturing preferred * Ability to drive solutions to planning issues with direction from senior management *Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required * Demonstrate leadership and people management skills * Lead or participate in a continuous improvement activity with complete documentation, including a follow up review with the team in a presentation format Education: 4-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by management Geographical Location: Arizona: Phoenix Physical Location: Phoenix, AZ - Harbour Drive Shift: Shift 1 Work Schedule: M-F 0600-1430 Full Time Export Control: This job position may include access to controlled information or technology covered under applicable U.S. export control laws. As such, employment for this job position may be contingent on either verification that an applicant falls under the definition of a "U.S. Person" (which includes U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, and those granted U.S. asylum or refugee status) or on the Company timely obtaining any necessary export license required under federal laws.
