Hours & Pay

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $45.00/hour (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Do



  • Set up, edit, and operate CNC turning centers with a focus on Fanuc and Mazak programming.
  • Interpret blueprints and specifications, including GD&T, to plan precise machining steps.
  • Program and modify NC code (G & M), both manually and conversationally.
  • Install and adjust tooling, chucks, attachments, and stops for optimal lathe operation.
  • Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, verniers, and other precision tools.
  • Maintain production documentation and inspection logs for traceability.
  • Detect and troubleshoot malfunctions, replacing worn tools and refining processes as needed.
  • Mentor less experienced machinists and share best practices with the team.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with all shop protocols and quality standards.

What You Bring



  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive CNC machining experience, with a strong focus on turning.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Fanuc and/or Mazak programming environments.
  • Strong setup and inspection skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented shop.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable mentoring others and contributing to a collaborative culture.
  • Basic computer literacy for daily tasks and documentation.
