We're searching for a Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Sales Advisor to drive growth, deliver results, and help clients find the right coverage. Key Responsibilities:


  • Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets and KPIs



  • Hunt for new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building



  • Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline



  • Deliver persuasive, tailored sales pitches that convert leads into clients



  • Identify client needs and match them with appropriate P&C insurance solutions



  • Remain relentless in follow-ups and deal-closing efforts



  • Maintain detailed, accurate records in CRM and sales tracking systems



  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and competitive products



  • Collaborate with business development teams to enhance market differentiation



  • Support ongoing training, reporting, and team initiatives as needed



  • Other duties as assigned




Basic Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred



  • 2+ years in a sales role (insurance industry preferred)



  • Active Property & Casualty license (in your home state)



  • Tech-savvy with above-average computer skills and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly



  • Familiarity with insurance continuing education and compliance requirements



  • General knowledge of real estate investing or transactions is a plus



  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed
