Hours & Pay

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00/hour based on experience

Employment Type: Full-time, direct-hire

What You'll Do

As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a critical role in producing precision components that meet exacting specifications for multiple industries. Your daily responsibilities will include:



  • Setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC and conventional machining tools
  • Performing close-tolerance machining operations based on technical drawings
  • Making program edits directly at the CNC machine
  • Inspecting parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
  • Collaborating with your team to ensure production quality and efficiency
  • Adhering to safety protocols and participating in continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of CNC operation experience and 2 years of conventional machining
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience using measurement equipment and interpreting technical drawings
  • Familiarity with a variety of cutting tools and materials
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
