Financial Service Representative

Hunter Hamilton is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Financial Services Representative to join our client's team for a 3-4 month temporary assignment covering a leave of absence. This is a full-time, on-site position with a well-respected financial institution, offering competitive pay, weekly paychecks, direct deposit, and temporary health benefits.

  Process insurance product purchases and claims, ensuring accurate and timely posting

  Reconcile general ledger accounts by applying knowledge of debits, credits, and financial documentation

  Work independently with moderate supervision in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

  High school diploma or GED required

  At least 1 year of experience as a loan-trained Financial Coach or in personal banking

  Strong oral and written communication skills to engage with members professionally

  Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly

  A foundational understanding of debits and credits and how to apply them to general ledger reconciliation
