Hunter Hamilton is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Financial Services Representative to join our client's team for a 3-4 month temporary assignment covering a leave of absence. This is a full-time, on-site position with a well-respected financial institution, offering competitive pay, weekly paychecks, direct deposit, and temporary health benefits.

If you have at least one year of personal banking or loan-trained financial experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of account reconciliation, we'd love to hear from you!


What You'll Do:


  • Process insurance product purchases and claims, ensuring accurate and timely posting



  • Provide exceptional member service through clear and effective communication



  • Reconcile general ledger accounts by applying knowledge of debits, credits, and financial documentation



  • Work independently with moderate supervision in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment




What You'll Need:


  • High school diploma or GED required



  • At least 1 year of experience as a loan-trained Financial Coach or in personal banking



  • Strong oral and written communication skills to engage with members professionally



  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly



  • A foundational understanding of debits and credits and how to apply them to general ledger reconciliation
