Rapid Response Network Engineers (Sr.) Crystal City, VA. (Mark Center and Pentagon) Pay From: $85,000 Per Year MUST: Rapid Response Sr. Network Engineers Requires TS/SCI 3+ years primary role operating, troubleshooting, installing network routers and switches 3+ years primary role designing, architecting routed and switched networks 3+ years DoD environment Outstanding mathematics and IT abilities Experience Configuring and installing various network devices and services Experience Monitoring network performance and resource utilization, trending, capacity planning Experience in the Use of current and emergent network design principles and protocols Experience with network virtualization technologies Experience with multi-tenant network architectures Familiarity with a width variety network routing and switching equipment devices from multiple vendors Required Scripting languages and coding for network threshold events. At least one nationally recognized certification for senior network administrators/engineers/architects tied to the proposed solution's routers and switches Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level III certification must be obtained within 120 days after start of BPA PoP for the Senior Network Engineer Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering or Equivalent; Master's degree preferred DUTIES: You will support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) through the Joint Service Provider Enterprise Transport Management-Next Generation (JSP ETM-NG) program, Under the program, client will continue to operate and maintain the Pentagon and National Capitol Region's network infrastructure, which supports more than 55,000 customers.
