Student Success and Well-Being - Recreation and Wellness Center: At the UCF Recreation and Wellness Center, we strive to provide a safe, clean, dependable, quality, and fun environment. The Opportunity: The UCF Student Success and Well-Being Recreation and Wellness Center is currently accepting applications for a Campus Recreation Coordinator (Aquatics and Facilities) to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting with the overall day to day management of the Recreation and Wellness Center. The position will oversee the 2 swimming pools along with the staffing of Lifeguards and Building Managers. This position/classification may be moved at management's discretion within the SSWB division to commensurate level position as determined by the Vice President of Student Success & Wellbeing or his/her designee Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Click here for more information. Preferred Qualifications:
Additional Application Materials Required: Copy of current group fitness and/or personal training certification as described above. Special Instructions to the Applicants: The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $21.07. The final rate will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations. Candidates applying based on a Master's degree and 0+ years of experience must have their Master's degree conferred by the start date.
