Overview Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, the Manager of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Records is responsible for utilizing agency resources to maximize revenue while maintaining full compliance with all federal and state regulations. The Manager of RCM and Medical Records is responsible for the interpretation of patient insurance coverage and regulations, with ability to apply statutory and regulatory requirements to complex factual situations. In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500 or $4,000 depending upon professional licensure! Pay: $75,000 - $84,000 per year. Responsibilities
Maintains the current knowledge of legislation, regulations and ruling relative to Insurances, including Medicaid programs.
