Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Director of Compliance & Cyber Sales Enablement Manager to serve as the bridge between our compliance, legal, and sales teams-empowering go-to-market efforts with timely, accurate, and customer-ready compliance content.

This role is responsible for managing customer-facing compliance documentation, responding to due diligence and security assessments, and enabling the sales and customer success teams with tools and training to navigate compliance conversations confidently.

What You'll Be Doing/Scope:

Cyber Sales Enablement & Customer Support

  • Partner with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams to support compliance-related customer inquiries during pre-sales and renewal cycles.
  • Prepare and maintain responses to customer due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and vendor risk assessments (e.g., SIG, CAIQ, VSA).
  • Manage and maintain customer-facing compliance materials such as SOC 2, ISO, CMMC, FedRAMP, certifications, data privacy notices, and white papers.

Trust Center & Content Management

  • Develop and maintain content for the company's customer trust center or internal compliance knowledge hub.
  • Ensure materials are up to date, consistent, and aligned with current certifications, controls, and regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate with InfoSec, Privacy, and Legal to translate technical policies into clear, customer-ready documentation.

Field & GTM Enablement

  • Train Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams on how to speak to the company's security, privacy, and compliance posture.
  • Create enablement materials such as FAQs, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and compliance battlecards.
  • Track common customer compliance concerns and partner with teams to proactively address recurring themes.

Process & Program Management

  • Build scalable processes to manage inbound compliance requests from prospects and customers.
  • Maintain metrics on compliance engagement impact on sales cycles and customer trust.
  • Support audit readiness by ensuring the customer-facing compliance narrative aligns with internal controls and certifications.

What We Are Looking For:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, sales enablement, customer trust, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of security and privacy compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
  • Experience supporting enterprise B2B sales or navigating customer compliance assessments.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into customer-friendly language.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with compliance and trust enablement tools (e.g., Loopio, TrustArc, Vanta, OneTrust).
  • Experience working in SaaS, cloud, fintech, or highly regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of security certifications and audit processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, Risk, Communications, or related field.

The salary range for this role is $152,311 to $197,689 USD.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
