Provide support of Project Delivery Services (PDS) client and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies across client's regional portfolio. Responsible for developing, leading and executing PDS strategic sourcing by developing innovative ways to drive the best total cost of ownership across Client's portfolio of projects. Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with Project Management and Operations teams, direct reports, temporary help and/or other project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client and customer satisfaction. Enhance the PDS strategic sourcing organization and delivery through effective team leadership, collaboration with the corporate sourcing and project management organizations and by developing innovative ways to simplify processes through utilization of tools and communication to increase account/project team productivity. Develop account category plan to provide visibility to subcategory spends, supplier summaries, stakeholder engagement plans, contract summaries and market insights that lead to both short and long-term strategies. Use category intelligence and data analytics, including capital plans and project demands, to set strategy and drive results. Lead development of all sourcing-related functions: performing due diligence and assessment of prospective suppliers, executing RFPs/bids, negotiating contracts and ensuring effective transition to operations during implementation. Ensure contracting and procurement standards, policies and procedures are maintained and followed throughout the portfolio. Analyze supplier cost proposals, financial reports, and other data to determine the reasonability of price and contractor capabilities Perform periodic market trend analysis in the specific categories; analyzing supplier base, industry changes, etc. Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client ready form. Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications Desired experience and technical skills Required Superior customer service, relationship building and follow up skills. Excellent inter-personal, communication and organizational skills - oral and written. Strong financial analytical and negotiation skills required. BA/BS degree in business, supply chain or related discipline, CPM certification a plus, MBA a plus 5+ years strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to Construction and other related trades required. Proven track record and deep experience of project management work within the construction management industry preferred. Proven track record of leading teams, with an ability to influence across the organization and deliver results in evolving environments. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Preferred Experience with procurement systems (i.e. Jaggaer or Ariba) highly desired Estimated total compensation for this position: 140,000.00 - 180,000.00 USD per year The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
