Genesis10 is seeking a Salesforce Business Analysts for a long term position located in Dallas, TX. This is a mostly remote position. Local candidates are highly preferred. Description: This is a complex and large implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud with these roles being focused on Analyst activities. Salesforce Admin experience is preferred. Responsibilities: Facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with business stakeholders and documenting functional requirements in user stories Establish technical approaches that map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality Collaborate with Developers on Functional and Technical Approaches Understand Salesforce capabilities and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to business stakeholders Perform product demos and incorporate business feedback to meet stakeholder objectives while maintaining scope Engage in mid-development testing and post-deployment validations of functionality to ensure the quality of the product Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from Salesforce releases Requirements: 4+ years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst 3+ years experience working with Salesforce Lightning platform on configuration, customization (Lightning Web Components, Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, etc), integration, security, administration and other core Salesforce features 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud Detailed understanding of the Salesforce Lightning environment. Experience with administrative tasks: User management, Queues, Public Groups, customization of objects, record types, fields, page layouts, etc. Experience with Process Automation: Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules Familiarization with Salesforce design system and UI/UX standards and principles Desired Skills: Active Salesforce Certification(s); Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, AWS, Tableau, or Virtual Assistants a plus W2 Status: Only W2 candidates will be considered for this position.
