Lead Inspector Columbia, MD Pay From: $27 an hour MUST: Experienced Lead Inspector 3+ years of Field experience required Proven experience in inspecting and testing fire, security, and sprinkler systems. In-depth knowledge of relevant safety codes and regulations. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certification(s) in fire inspection and/or security systems (preferred). DUTIES As a Lead Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by conducting thorough inspections and tests on fire, security, and sprinkler systems. You will be responsible for identifying any issues or deficiencies, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, and providing comprehensive reports to our clients.
