We are seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst to join the New Holland North America team. This role supports the Marketing team with various financial and operational tasks, incorporating diverse skills marketing, finance, and systems integrations to support the greater New Holland marketing team in achieving its goals. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience, an understanding of basic financial principles, and strong Excel skills.



Responsibilities

Marketing Finance Administration:

    Vendor On-boarding: Support the addition of new vendors into CNH systems
  • Purchase Order Creation: Generate and manage purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
  • Posting Goods Receipts: Accurately post goods receipts to maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure proper accounting of received items.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports related to purchase orders, invoicing, and other financial activities to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Annual Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual financial forecasts, including revenue, expense, and cash flow projections.
  • Budget Reconciliation: Perform budget reconciliation to ensure alignment between actual expenditures and budgeted amounts, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support business planning and performance evaluation.
  • Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain financial models, perform data analysis, and generate reports.

Systems Management:

  • Project Management: Responsible for maintaining multiple project timelines relating to ongoing enhancements of marketing systems, including the North America Digital Asset Manager, Dealer Portal, translations portal, and others as assigned
  • Digital Marketing: Coordination of monthly internal reporting of digital marketing campaigns in terms of performance against targets; will source data from external agency partners, evaluate data and share with internal stakeholders
  • Media Agency Management: In conjunction with the above, be day to day contact with our agency that places our paid advertising, manage their output and performance
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Align proactively with team members, between internal, and external teams as needed to execute assigned projects
  • Product Segment Marketing Support: As needed, will be called on to support our product segment Marketing Managers in their dealer communications and marketing collateral development.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 2+ years experience in finance and/or marketing (or a related field)
  • Foundational understanding of OEM-structured businesses
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally and nationally

The annual salary for this role is $63,000 - $84,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
