Under general supervision develops and implements strategies in support of sales force and corporate initiatives appropriate to sales segments and unique go-to-market, sales support, digital content and development needs.

Essential Functions

  • Empowers sales team to execute by ensuring internal organizational buy-in, leveraging innovative sales enablement practices, translating the sales strategy to actionable plans and courses of action.
  • Helps drive complex sales solutions by translating business requirements into solution requirements, coordinating expertise, scoping, and defining delivery and managing deployment timelines.
  • Defines actionable plans and courses of action for change programs, digital content and communications for program readiness and rollout.
  • Assesses the effectiveness and positive impact of solutions and communicates the results to stakeholders and Executive Leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Highspot Platform and Content team is responsible for the strategy and governance of the Highspot global platform and creating and managing content that provides Sales with the information and collateral needed to sell the FedEx portfolio. The team is made up of skilled content strategists, designers, writers, and editors and our goal is to serve Sales with the right content in the right way at the right time.
This role supports the team's core mission of content creation and maintenance and requires a unique blend of project management, product research, graphic design, and creative writing skills, coupled with an in-depth understanding of the FedEx portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

* Lead and oversee content projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
* Conduct comprehensive research on FedEx products, capabilities, and advantages to ensure accurate and compelling content.
* Working with business owners to understand their goals and recommend the right mix of content.
* Researching, curating, and writing content to show the value of FedEx capabilities and their relationship to customer needs.
* Planning, organizing, and managing content, while applying technical requirements, proper information architecture design, and style guidelines.
* Assisting in and leading one or more workstreams within multiple projects concurrently.
* Other duties as needed or required.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

One (1) year professional business experience in project management, sales, learning and development, education, communications including writing and editing, content management, creative development, or quantitative analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong relationship building, strategic partnering, research/analysis, project/program management, and communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to innovate and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.

Preferred Qualifications: Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
