Oversees all agency volunteer activities and coordinates outreach initiatives.
This position will also work to develop and implement programs to recruit, train and retain volunteers.

Essential Functions
-Recruit, train, supervise, retain, and evaluate volunteers
-Oversee and maintain schedules for all volunteer projects/placements.
-Direct all technical components of the volunteer management strategy, including goal setting, regulatory compliance, position development, timelines and streamlined operations optimize efficiencies and effectiveness.
-Manages the development and implementation of policies and procedures that guide and support the services offered.
-Work with employed staff to identify volunteer needs

Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study
