Your Role:
As an RN, you'll play a vital role in interpreting medical care plans, assessing clinical decisions, and ensuring safe, high-quality nursing care for diverse patient groups.
What You'll Do:
Maintain accurate, detailed patient records
Administer medications & monitor for reactions
Record vital signs & medical information
Assess and report changes in patient conditions
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
Adjust treatment plans based on patient responses
What We're Looking For:
Active RN License
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Excellent teamwork & communication abilities

Education
Associate's degree Nursing required, or bachelor's degree Nursing preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse [RN - State License]

Basic Life Support [BLS Certification]

Experience
Acute Clinical nursing experience 4 years required and/or 2 or more years of Oncology experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment.
- Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.
