EisnerAmper is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Contracts and Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role will assist the Contracts Manager with contract management activities, including processing and maintaining contract records, and with numerous compliance-related activities. What You Will be Responsible For
  • Assist with contract management and maintenance activities, including contract template management and various contract-related processes and procedures.

  • Manage vendor/supplier registrations and renewals.

  • Conduct lobbying registration and lobbying activity reporting to government agencies.

  • Perform conflict of interest clearance activities within the firm.

  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal to support finance-related requests from clients and prospective clients.

  • Assist with RFx response activities.

  • Assist with managing contract compliance requirements and documentation, such as background/drug screening, training, subcontractor documentation, etc.

  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Two years of experience in contract administration and management.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of contractual concepts and contract terms and conditions.

  • Experience in vendor/supplier registrations and/or lobbying activity reporting a plus.

  • Experience with compliance-related activities and documentation a plus.

  • Process and process improvement oriented.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to independently follow through on multiple pending open tasks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong time management skills.

  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.

  • Ability to balance competing priorities and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing client and business dynamics.
