Job Description
ECU Department of ITCS Client Engagement and Support is currently seeking a Computer Labs & Advanced Technologies Worker.

ITCS Computer Labs & Advanced Technologies is looking for a motivated student who has experience working with PC's, Macs, and/or printers in a support environment. This job is an introduction into the field of Information Technology and Desktop Support. The main focus for this position will be working on the computer refresh projects around campus.

Duties include:

  • Moving inventory from the warehouse
  • Imaging computers
  • Scheduling installs with clients
  • Documenting serial numbers
  • Bringing back old systems for re-distribution on campus


Students will be trained to do specific tasks.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
Computer Science/IT related majors preferred.

Customer service experience is mandatory and any experience in technology support is highly preferred

Applicant must be a currently enrolled student at ECU

Applicant must able to lift 25 pounds regularly, have an acceptable driving record and a minimum of 3 years driving experience to be able to drive state owned vehicles to perform job duties.
