Remote Engagement Team Lead/Player Coach - Sales Representatives

In this role, you will lead a team while actively participating in sales activities, ensuring both personal and team success.

Position Summary
The Team Lead/Player Coach for the Remote Engagement Sales Representatives is a dual role combining the responsibilities of a Team Lead and a Sales Representative. You will oversee and guide a team of Remote Engagement Sales Representatives to achieve targeted sales goals and ensure successful engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) through phone and online channels. In addition, you'll manage your own assigned HCP sales accounts, ensuring a direct impact on the program's success. This role is key to achieving Amplity's mission of delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the team meets defined expectations and sales goals
  • Lead and inspire a team of Remote Engagement Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Achieve individual sales goals
  • Set performance standards, monitor progress, and provide actionable feedback to drive results.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure team success.
  • Act as a Player Coach, managing your own remote engagement sales accounts alongside leadership duties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of assigned client products, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to management on team performance and program success.

Education, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pharmaceutical Team Lead experience desired
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience required.
  • Specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred.
  • Track record of consistent success needed
  • Experience leading virtual sales teams is a strong plus.
  • Ability to successfully work remotely while managing time effectively.
  • Strong customer service focus and integrity
  • Willingness to work in all time zones as needed.
  • Successfully pass all Amplity and Client training.

As a representative of a pharmaceutical company, you may be required to submit and maintain credentials, such as training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers. It is the Company's expectation that you comply with the requirements outlined by the facilities on your call plans.

Additionally, certain geographic jurisdictions or hospital systems have requirements to apply for and obtain a representative license. At this time, representatives working in the District of Columbia, City of Chicago, State of Nevada, State of Oregon, or those associated with Jackson Memorial Health in Miami-Dade County Florida may be required to obtain specific licenses.
