Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to contribute to our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.

The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist supports all learning and development operational activities including course scheduling and logistics, classroom management, course design and delivery, and learning-related data entry and reporting. Manages learning related technology including learning management systems, SharePoint, and electronically delivered learning content.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years experience OR Master's degree in a related field and 1 year experience in adult training and education, learning technology, talent management, and/or organizational development
  • 2 years experience using MS Word, Sharepoint Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience facilitating trainings
  • Experience using Cornerstone
  • Proficient with MS Excel, including pivot tables and V lookup
  • Experience building eLearning programs and/or instructional programs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports Learning & Development events with instructional, developmental, communication, and administrative activities including data tracking and entry, metrics, and reporting.
  • Serves as the main contact for learning supporting technology user support.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert in Instructional Design and adult learning theories
  • Creates and assembles learner/instructor guides; supports and/or designs e-learning content using Articulate Storyline and photo/video editing software
  • Facilitates and/or co-facilitates workshops, meetings, and/or small groups
  • Supports and/or manages learning-related technology to include learning management system, SharePoint, and web-based learning licenses
  • Provides AV and technology related support and services
  • Manages tuition reimbursement and performance review processes through application and reimbursement of coursework

Hiring Salary Range:$63,945k-$80,849k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
