About the Opportunity

As part of the Subrogation Division, the Administrative Clerk assists the day-to-day operations of the mailroom.

What you'll do



  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail; including Audit and Pharmacy mail.
  • Manually monitor email folders and prepare documents to be scanned. These can include subpoenas and legal correspondence.
  • Scans documents for all departments.
  • Prepare outgoing certified mail.
  • Log items arriving with tracking number i.e. FEDEX, UPS into Excel spreadsheet.
  • Operates mailroom machinery, including postage machine, copiers, telephone and voicemail systems, and computers.



What experience you bring (Role Requirements)



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-1 years of experience within an entry-level position.
  • Working knowledge of or ability to learn to use office equipment, including copiers and printers, fax machines, and phone systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products
  • Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Possesses excellent skills in verbal and written communication.
  • Must maintain confidential information.
  • Demonstrates integrity and honesty in all aspects of job performance.
  • Maintains a professional demeanor in all communications.

Pay range: $23.00 Hourly USD.This is a non-exempt position.
