Job Title: Individual Therapist Location: Medford, Oregon Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Pay: $76,000 - $96,000/year (DOE) At House of Healing, we are passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their truth, heal from past wounds, and grow into their fullest potential. We are seeking a compassionate therapist to join our team in providing a safe, nurturing space for adults to explore their emotional well-being, overcome challenges, and embark on a journey of personal growth. The ideal candidate will embody our values of authenticity, compassion, and gratitude, using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches to support our clients. Key Responsibilities: * Provide individual therapy to help clients explore, heal, and grow emotionally. * Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, respecting each individual's unique journey. * Employ evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. * Create a supportive environment that fosters self-awareness, self-compassion, and lasting change. * Empower clients with tools for emotional regulation, coping, and healing. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards. * Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to grow and enhance clinical practices. * Uphold the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality in all interactions. Qualifications: * Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. * Licensed or actively working toward licensure (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent). We support individuals in obtaining licensure in Oregon and hire both associates and fully licensed therapists. * Experience providing therapy for adults with a trauma-informed approach. * Strong ability to build trust, cultivate connection, and guide clients on their healing journey. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with creative modalities such as art therapy or mindfulness-based interventions. * Bilingual in Spanish and English. * Knowledge of Medicaid and private insurance billing practices.
