What You Will Do at Noble The Marketing & Communications Manager plays a pivotal role in driving strategic marketing initiatives that support the organization's growth and brand presence. Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing & Communications, this role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Noble's products, services, and mission. This position leads cross-functional teams and collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders-including Global Marketing, Sales, Client Services, Development & Engineering (D&E), Quality Assurance, Finance, and Operations-to ensure successful market readiness, launch, and sustained product/service support. - Strategic Marketing & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and services, ensuring alignment across departments for all phases of product launch
- Create compelling brand messaging, value propositions, product positioning, and promotional content across multiple channels to drive lead generation for all pillars
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Drive projects forward by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including other Aptar affiliates and Global marketing teams, to ensure timely and successful execution.
- Serve as a key liaison between Marketing and departments such as Sales, D&E, QA, and Operations to support product lifecycle management.
- Product & Sales Support
- Provide product segment expertise and marketing support to the Sales team and external partners.
- Assist in the development of sales enablement tools, playbooks, and marketing collateral to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with Market Intelligence, Sales, and Client Services to define target segments, value propositions, pricing models, and lead generation strategies. Maintain marketing automation tool database.
- Market Analysis & Communication
- Conduct market research to identify trends, assess opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials including print, digital, website content, press releases, social media and campaign assets. Leverage AI for content development.
- Manage external-facing initiatives including tradeshows, PR, product announcements, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms such as HubSpot, Eloqua or Marketo.
- Program Management
- Lead the creation of consistent, market-aligned messaging and branding in partnership with external agencies and internal graphic design teams on time and on budget.
- Manage marketing programs and initiatives from concept through execution, including advertising, promotions, and multi-channel ABM campaigns.
- Support data management, reporting, and performance analysis to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI
What Noble is looking for!
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing strategy, product marketing, and cross-functional leadership.
- Proven track record in launching products/services, brand development, and go-to-market execution.
- Strong skills in market research, ABM strategy, promotions, and advertising.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, editing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical thinker with sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.
- Proficient in managing the marketing department budget demonstrating fiscal responsibility.

What are the physical demands and work environment?
- Mental- Requires a high degree of concentration intermittently to compile reports and analyze data approximately 50% of time; periods of mental effort and concentration followed by other aspects of the job with lesser concentration and attention requirements.
- Physical- Requires walking/standing approximately 20%, sitting approximately 80%and lifting up to 15 lbs. approximately 1% of time; involves repetitive stooping, forward bending and crouching approximately 10% of time.
- Manual Dexterity- Requires use of hands, arms, and feet for repetitive lifting; use of hands and arms to operate computers, copy machine and other general office equipment and to record written information.
