What this job involves -

The Workplace Experience Coordinator delivers exceptional client experiences through enhanced ticket management, client engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service within a select property portfolio. This client-facing role combines a passion for service with brilliant people skills to create a hospitality-focused workplace environment. You'll increase engagement and partnership between JLL, service partners, and clients while enhancing your professional skills in this onsite position.

What is your day to day?

  • Managing and responding to executive ticket requests, partnering with the workplace services delivery team to resolve requests promptly
  • Leading implementation of building readiness standards for executive spaces to ensure consistent experience across the portfolio
  • Building meaningful relationships with client employees and guests for intuitive service delivery that anticipates needs
  • Conducting routine walkthroughs and assessments of workspace and soft services to ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Proactively recognizing building operational needs and opportunities to reduce friction for client employees
  • Partnering with soft services providers to establish and reinforce service excellence expectations
  • Supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives
  • Collaborating with the broader team of Workplace Experience Ambassadors to deliver consistent high-touch customer service
  • Providing operational excellence through administrative support and work order management

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • 2-3 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility/property management, building operations, or commercial real estate
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and process management abilities
  • Problem-solving capabilities and ability to develop process enhancements
  • Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in Google Suite of Office Tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with diverse teams in collaborative environments
  • Previous experience in executive service delivery
  • Background in workspace assessment and service level agreement management
  • Experience with vendor relationship management
  • Demonstrated track record in hospitality-focused roles
  • Experience with data collection and analysis for service improvement

Estimated total compensation for this position:

57,732.00 - 72,165.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
