Mammoth Graphics is a premier provider of custom vehicle graphics and wraps. We strive to provide top notch service in design, production and installation for your business, organization or personal project. As a Graphics Production Administrator you will be completing task around the shop to enhance our graphics production as a team, ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness. We are growing quickly and we are looking for someone to join and assist our team to increase production and department output.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifying accurate costing on jobs
  • Tracking and minimizing material waste
  • Assisting in quoting
  • Prioritizing lean manufacturing principles and flow mapping for production
  • Assisting with machine maintenance and training
  • Assisting in file structure management and simplification
  • All other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

  • Activities require a full range of body motion including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
  • The position may require standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
  • Occasionally works at heights using ladder or mechanical lift.
  • Requires working in a fast paced environment.
  • Requires a normal range of hearing and vision.
  • Must understand vague and implicit instructions, and react favorably in all work situations.
  • Must be able to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • High School diploma required
  • Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills Customer-focused
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize accordingly
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with customers and co-workers
