As a Graphics Production Administrator you will be completing task around the shop to enhance our graphics production as a team, ensure quality, accuracy and timeliness. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying accurate costing on jobs
- Tracking and minimizing material waste
- Assisting in quoting
- Prioritizing lean manufacturing principles and flow mapping for production
- Assisting with machine maintenance and training
- Assisting in file structure management and simplification
- All other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Activities require a full range of body motion including handling and lifting, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- The position may require standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Occasionally works at heights using ladder or mechanical lift.
- Requires working in a fast paced environment.
- Requires a normal range of hearing and vision.
- Must understand vague and implicit instructions, and react favorably in all work situations.
- Must be able to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- High School diploma required
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
