Description & Requirements
As a Lead ERP Services Delivery Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the successful implementation and optimization of industry-leading construction ERP solutions. You will lead engagements using a structured methodology, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivering exceptional service in line with the Forvis Mazars Ultimate Client Experience (UCX) model.
This role involves close collaboration with client stakeholders, from planning and configuration through training, go-live support, and ongoing system optimization. You will serve as a trusted advisor and primary liaison between clients and our internal teams.
How you will contribute:
  • Lead ERP implementation projects by analyzing client needs and designing tailored strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
  • Facilitate business process reviews, system configuration, testing, data migration, and custom reporting.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to client teams during and after implementation.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure consistent communication with stakeholders.
  • Cultivate deep expertise in ERP platforms, aligning system capabilities with client requirements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Support internal initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or other related field
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (payroll, A/P, A/R, inventory, POs, GL).
  • Familiarity with construction project management processes (estimating, job costing, billing, etc.).
  • 3 years or more of ERP or software consulting experience, ideally in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Trimble Construction One is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of other ERP systems such as Acumatica, Sage Intacct, COINS, or CMiC
