Title: Transformation Leader
Location: McIntosh, AL

Salary: $178,000 - $200,000
Relocation Available

Focus: The Transformation Leader is responsible for identifying and leading implementation initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and restructuring activities targeting structural cost reduction.

Responsibility: This role will be fully responsible for implementing all aspects of the McIntosh facility asset strategy including demolition projects.

Our ideal candidate brings deep experience in chemical manufacturing, a strong grasp of asset management, and a proven track record of delivering measurable value through cross-functional transformation programs.

Transformation Leader Primary Job Functions:

  • Lead the organization in identifying needed restructuring activities.
  • Develop a comprehensive execution strategy and action plan for implementing change, including timelines, priorities, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and corporate functions to translate business objectives into tangible asset plans.
  • Empower team of Reliability Engineers and Leaders to own the change process and collaborate effectively.
  • Measure effectiveness of change initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Transformation Leader Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree* in Engineering; Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred
  • 10+ years of manufacturing industry experience, including 5+ years of people leadership experience
    • Chemical industry experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success leading capital projects >$5MM from ideation to commissioning
  • Strong change leadership, vision creation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep knowledge of asset lifecycle planning, reliability engineering, and capital portfolio management
  • Experience analyzing data and identifying trends to drive efficiency, cost, and quality solutions
  • Prior Olin experience preferred
  • Must be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
